So welcome to our travel blog!
Nick and I (sandrine) have decided to travel Asia, more precisely South East Asia (SEA) and possibly finishing in India stopping by Nepal... Ideally we would like to leave the Cooks mid-November going to Sysney to visit Wanne (nick's brother) for about 10 days then fly to Indonesia, then Malaysia and be in Thailand to meet up with Adam and Kerry, the soon to be weds! So New year's eve inThailand would be A-MA-ZING. Party at Ko-phegnom... tick from the bucket list! After partying with them, we would move up north to Bangkok and then northern Thailand visit the jungly lucious Thai inland then into Loas and joining the north eastern coast of Vietnam. In Vietnam we are hoping to meet up with MJ. Then we would enter Cambodge and back to Bangkok! From there we would fly into Nepal where the superdry jackets will become usefull! It would be winter and we should be seeing some snow! From Nepal we would enter Indian teritorry places in India I'd like to stop are Calcutta, Goa, Mumbai, Jaipur, New dehli, and finnally and not least the Taj Mahal. We would then have to fly to South Africa where we would spend another month, time needed for Nick to sort his visa to come back to beautiful Mauritius!
We now have exactly 10 month to organise and save save save. we have a goal of NZD$ 25,000 that we are hoping to achieve that should cover our backpacking expenses!
Please give feedback and advice it would be really helpfull!!
keeping you posted,
Sandrine x
